LAE Volunteer Form

At LAE we do many activities throughout the year for the kids and the parents. We would like to see all parents /guardians volunteer for at least one activity. This will ensure that we can continue to offer these opportunities to our kids. (If we don’t have the volunteers, we can’t run the programs.)
